I had a catalytic converter cage installed at a ford dealership, but they forgot to make an access hole for the oil drain plug. Every single ford dealership I went to wouldn't touch it because "they didn't want the liability" even though they were the ones to install it. This is why I looked for local muffler shops and how I ended up getting in contact with Oleander Muffler Shop. They fit me in quickly after hearing my problem and that I needed to make a 1000 mile drive in a couple days. I couldn't recommend this shop enough - they took the time to listen and went over and beyond to help me and address my problem. I bought a used vehicle that had a modified exhaust system without a muffler. This could have been a very costly replacement but thanks to Tony's honesty he said I only needed a muffler spliced in and nothing else so it will be a very reasonable price which it was. They had the new muffler in stock and I was done in less than an hour. My truck sounds really good and my wallet isn't empty.
